A legal disclaimer
Brush Poppin' LLC has the right to decline any and all services if the environment is a biohazard (without prior approval) and has the presence of bugs, rats, infestations, fecal matter, toxic waste, or any life-altering or bodily fluids not approved and deemed safe by Brush Poppin' LLC. We have the right to cancel any and all bookings due to inclement weather, COVID-19, unsafe working conditions, improper parking or tolls, and inhumane working conditions.
Refund Policy - the basics
In the event that the Client needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment, forty-eight (48) hours notice to Brush Poppin' LLC is required. Notice may be given by email, SMS (text), or phone. Should the Client fail to give forty-eight (48) hours notice on more than one (1) occasion, the Client must pay 50% for the canceled cleaning first offense and 100% of the fee for canceled cleanings thereafter. Canceling more than three (3) consecutive cleanings or more than seven (7) total scheduled cleanings, without prior approval of Brush Poppin' LLC, will be deemed a material breach and allow Brush Poppin' LLC to cancel the contract and/or pricing agreement or to seek legal remedies.
In the event that Brush Poppin' LLC needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment 24 hours notice will be given to the client. If Brush Poppin' LLC fails to give 24-hour notice, client will be offered one free cleaning.
